man. i definitely stress eat.  so even when i don’t mentally/physiologically “feel” stressed, i guess the fact that i keep wanting to munch on something is a clue. and i know it’s not because i’m hungry, cuz i actually feel full and have specific things i want to eat (which i don’t have in my possession… a good thing, for this very reason).

it’s a good thing i’m a procrastinator then, so i only stress in short bursts rather than constantly, otherwise i would gain a lot of weight very very quickly… lol.  or maybe it’s a bad thing i’m a procrastinator, because if i didn’t procrastinate so much, i wouldn’t be so stressed in the first place! hmm…
